Zera Projects has delivered a state-of-the-art packaging and processing facility in Osborne Park. Designed to maintain uninterrupted access between the kitchen and shop-front, the project followed a meticulous multi-stage construction process, enabling timely handovers of key areas throughout.

Key features of the facility include two custom walkthrough blast freezers and expertly engineered structural plant and equipment decks positioned on the roof. The facility is now equipped with advanced cold storage rooms featuring real-time monitoring and reporting, as well as cutting-edge, custom-designed blast freezing technology.
