ZERA completed the fit-out of the new Golden Bakery store within the heritage-listed Queen’s Building on William Street. The scope included cold storage, commercial kitchen, and servery areas, blending aesthetic finishes that compliment the original building with a functional layout to support re-launch of the clients premier food & beverage outlet. Delivered within a live tenancy environment, works were carefully staged to avoid disruption, with after-hours deliveries and loading. Despite structural remedial challenges and heritage constraints, the project was completed on time and within budget, including the integration of new and complex services systems fit for a food and beverage tenancy.
